\ntender documents, they can do whatever they want in ICT. Recognising the need for certain managerial
\ntechniques and being able to implement them, avoiding typical pitfalls and mistakes, and being
\naccustomed to systematic work, students are trained to participate effectively in projects. They are
\nprepared to carry out projects. Entrepreneurship is encouraged. Students are trained to use and develop project management software. They have a basic knowledge of the relevant standards of the International Institute of Project Management.<\/p>\n

\nindustries, collective intelligence, team roles and pitfalls of teamwork. Cascading aspect of a project life

\nincremental development, extreme programming, agile programming, synchronisation and stabilisation,
\ntest-driven development and DevOps. Methodology Prince. Scrum methodology: team roles, sprint,
\nmeetings, key artifacts and Kanban board technique. A project within a complex organisational structure.
\nThe life cycle of an organisation. Prefeasibility study, feasibility study and business plan. Investment and
\nnet present value method. Budgeting and earned value management methodology. Creating a schedule
\nof project activities: analysis of the project structure, drawing a network diagram, critical path method and
\nminimisation of project costs for a given duration. Platforms and tools: Primavera, Emes Project, Project
\nLibre, Jira, Trello, 2-Plan, Calligra, Apache Allura and Yodiz. Management of project quality, project
\ncommunications and contracts. Problems with agents and information distance in software
\nprojects. Large IT projects. Ethical aspects of project management.<\/p>\n
Students learn how to use the Emes Project. Through program planning, students
\nare instructed to think in the context of the basic aspects of the project. They also deal with network
