His first job was as a programmer at the Material Testing Institute at the University of Stuttgart, Germany, where he worked in 2002 and 2003. From 2004 to 2009, he worked at the Belgrade-based company Saga Infotech as a systems analyst, designer, and consultant in the development of software solutions in the fields of integrated information systems, business intelligence, and document management. He was responsible for the product line based on IBM technologies and attended software training in England, Austria, and Greece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2012, he co-authored a paper published in one of the most prestigious global IT journals, Decision Support Systems, after which he defended his doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade. Since 2013, he has been working at the UNION University School of Computing in Belgrade. From 2018 to 2021, he served as the Vice Dean for Teaching at the UNION University School of Computing. From 2015 to 2023, he was the Deputy Chair of the Council at UNION University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout his career, he has participated as a project team member or project manager in various projects for institutions and companies: in Denmark \u2013 the Institute for Agricultural Research, in Romania \u2013 Orange Romania, and in Serbia \u2013 the Michael Pupin Institute, the Yugoslav Engineering Academy, the National Bank of Serbia, Nikola Tesla Belgrade Airport, the Oil Industry of Serbia, Srbijagas, and Coca-Cola Hellenic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2016, he undertook postdoctoral research at the Faculty of Cybernetics, Statistics, and Informatics at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. Since 2016, he has collaborated with the Institute of Nuclear Sciences at UNAM, the largest university in Latin America, where, among other activities, he teaches courses to master’s and doctoral students in Mexico City. From 2020 to 2021, he was a member of the working group on innovations in computer science education, led by the University of A Coru\u00f1a, Spain. In 2023, he visited Silicon Valley in California, where he met with the Sand Hill Angels association and visited the startup incubator at the University of California, San Francisco. In 2025, he published the textbook Startup Entrepreneurship, released by CET, and visited the International Association for Artificial Intelligence and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Innovation and Enterpreneurship Incubation Base.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
