Objectives and outcomes
The aim is to introduce students to multimedia design through the analysis and practical applications of an image, a movement, sound, video and text. Students understand products that are structured as multimedia and have a temporal form. These are products that are morphologically determined by the way of use, i.e., by the simultaneous and creative participation of several users.
Lectures
Students are introduced to the historical development of animated multimedia sequences. They analyse different examples in order to better understand the field. They understand the basic principles of animation and other procedures in order to create attractive and expressive animated sequences.
Practical classes
Students use a wide range of tools and procedures required for the realisation of multimedia animated projects by combining images, movements, sound, video and text.
