Multimedia Design

The entrance exam:

2. Multimedia design: June,

3. Art knowledge: June.

All applicants who have completed four years at high schools can apply for the enrolment in Multimedia Design.
The exam lasts two days. The assessment of competencies and comparison of candidates is determined by the results at the entrance exam and the success at high school. The drawing test takes four hours to complete and it is taken on the first day. The task is the realistic interpretation of the spatial relations among the exposed items. It is done on the A0 paper size (841x1189mm) using B graphite pencils. Drawing supplies are provided by the School of Computing.
The multimedia design test lasts three hours, and is taken on the second day. The students perform a task in the multimedia design on the basis of appropriate video or audio material (using DaVinci Resolve software).
The candidates also take the test in the art knowledge (painting, sculpture, graphics, architecture, comics, design, literature, music and film). The test lasts one hour (on the second day).
The ranking of the students is based on the entrance exam results (the drawing test is worth 20 points, the multimedia design test is worth 30 points and the test in art knowledge is worth 10 points) and their success in high school (40 points). In order to enrol, a student must have at least 51 ponits, 31 in the entrance exam.
