Diagnostic tools and diagnostic procedures. Laptops, portable and mobile devices. Connecting to computer network. Use of basic online services. Installing, optimising and upgrading operating systems. Examples: Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Windows Server, Linux desktop and Linux server. Carrying out simple administrative commands and installing application software.
