Marko Mladenović rođen je 1987. godine u Beogradu. Završio je osnovne akademske studije na Matematičkom fakultetu, Univerziteta u Beogradu na smeru Numerička matematika i optimizacije 2014. godine i stekao zvanje diplomirani matematičar. Zvanje master inženjer organizacionih nauka stekao je na Fakultetu organizacionih nauka u Beogradu kada je odbranio master rad pod nazivom „Optimizacija proizvodnje električne energije u mreži hidrocentrala“ 2015. godine. Doktorsku disertaciju iz operacionih istraživanja pod nazivom „The dynamic parking allocation problem: theoretical and practical solution methods“ kandidat je odbranio 14. januara 2020. godine na Politehničkom Univerzitetu Ot-d-Frans u Valensijenu, Francuska. Od juna 2020. godine dobija poziciju post-dok na Halifa Univerzitetu u Abu Dabiju, Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati. Kao docent na Računarskom faultetu počinje da radi od decembra 2021. godine.
