Software Developer
Applicants must have:
* Strong understanding of object oriented design and programming concepts
* Strong understanding of relational database fundamentals and SQL
* Strong knowledge of Java programming language fundamentals
* Understanding of web application development, XML and HTML
* Excellent English language skills and good communication skills
* Ability and desire to work in small & dynamic teams
* Ability and desire to learn new technologies
All applicants should have:
* Understanding of design patterns, knowledge of JEE, Spring and O/R mapping
frameworks
* Understanding of JavaScript, JSON and Ajax technologies
* Understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance procedures
Applicants will be given preference if they have:
* Experience with document/content management systems (Documentum, Alfresco,
SharePoint)
* Experience in .NET technologies and frameworks
* Experience with at least two other languages (ordered by preference):
C#, C++, Ruby, Python
Senior Web Developer
Applicants must have:
* Strong knowledge of HTML5, XHTML, HTML4, CSS3
* Strong knowledge of Javascript, DOM Scripting, HTTP (REST)
* Experience with cross browser debugging/profiling and browser feature detection
* In-depth knowledge of image formats and their application
* Understanding of general concepts of UI design and development
* Understanding of object oriented design and programming concepts
* Experience with build tools, source control systems, integrated development environments
* Excellent English language skills and good communication skills
* Ability and desire to work in small & dynamic teams
* Ability and desire to learn new technologies
All applicants should have:
* Solid understanding of server side technologies: Java, ASP.NET or, PHP
* Experience with one or more: jQuery/UI, ExtJS(Sencha), YUI, GWT/ExtGWT
* Experience with application servers and relational database management systems
Applicants will be given preference if they have:
* Experience with plugin/extension development for jQuery/UI, YUI, or ExtJS(Sencha)
* Experience with Modernizr, Backbone.js, Ember.js, Angular.js…
* Understanding of Java, Spring Framework, ASP.NET MVC
